Using the email address associated with your Forum account I was not able to locate a receipt for Bose headphones, but I was able to find a receipt for a Bose speaker. I do not see that you purchased our Geek Squad Protection(GSP) plan on this speaker so we would not be able to repair or replace that for you. You do still have another option to get help with your speaker. Most products have a one year manufacturing warranty. To get more information, I would recommend contacting Bose Customer Support for further information on how to begin this process.
