Having an issue about my phone

My phone the one I buy in best buy is defect possible to replace it? The problem is I buy this phone last June 2019 now it's Aug 2019 I didn't bring back this phone the reason why because I'm a seafarer so I found out my phone is defect while in navigation in Pacific Ocean the defect is always shut off the phone.. it's possible to return the phone or not? Thanks in advance?

Phones have a 14 day return period thru bestbuy. You may want to contact the phones manufacturer.

Thank you..so no possible to return this phone? But possible to repair? But how many days if I bring this to the manufacturer before it comes ok.????

You will need to contact the manufacturer for that information, unless you purchased an extended warranty thru bestbuy when you purchased the phone

nckhammond is right on with his answer. Mobile phones have a 14 day return and exchange period. Most phones come with a one year warranty through the manufacturer for defects in hardware.
