Hello All, I am in a bit of a pickle.
The plastic part around my logitech headphones broke so now the one ear is dangling by just its wire. I have the email for my 2 YEAR Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan (which is still good) for them but no reciept, and I paid cash. I am wondering if I will be able to still claim this plan since I don't have the orginal receipt. I do have the GSP Plan ID, the email, proof of ID for me and the headphones themselves. I just want to make sure I'm not wasting a trip to the store and wasting other peoples time.
Sorry if this isn't in the right place or what not, and I thank you all for your time.

Welcome to our forums! I can’t lie, FrostyOreo, reading your forum username, along with the first line of your post got me thinking about pickle flavored Oreos. Are they a thing? If they aren’t a thing, would they be any good? I mean I love pickles, and part of me thinks the salty/sweet of pickle juice and Oreos might not be terrible. Then again, this could all be attributed to my lack of a lunch today, and I’m easily distracted.
Enough about pickle flavored Oreos, let’s get to the heart of your issue! Assuming your Geek Squad Replacement Plan is indeed still active, and you’re able to provide the store your Geek Squad Protection (GSP) ID and some sort of ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.), this should be more than enough information for your local Best Buy store to provide you the service you’re looking for. With that said, if you’d like a copy of your original receipt for your records, I’ll be more than happy to get a copy sent your way. To do so, I’ll just need your full name, phone number, email address, and GSP ID, sent to me using the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
Hope this helps,
