My HP x360 is less than a year old and the motherboard has been faulty from the start. Just took it into BB (after 1-year of frustration with it not starting up after it sleeps), with my extended warranty). BB said they'd repair (given extended warranty), but get this: it will take at least 6-WEEKS to repair! Not acceptable. I will be writing off both HP and Best Buy - and go somewhere customer service is more a priority.
Best Buy customer service is beyond disappointing.
Can anyone speak to this, Best Buy?

Welcome to our Community. Having myself had situations where a computer experienced long term issues that culminated in a need for professional repair, I can certainly understand the frustration involved. I was discouraged to hear of your computer's need for service and surprised by the extended time frame you were given for the repair. I regret any inconvenience to you.
Generally speaking, computer repairs take about 2-3 weeks to complete including shipping time to and from our service center. While uncommon, repairs can occasionally take longer, often due to the needed parts taking extra time to acquire. Were you given an explanation for why you were asked to allow six weeks for your repair to be completed?
