After two years I had issue with my TV regarding dead pixels. I purchased an Extended Warranty with Geek Squad, called them and within two days they sent a pair of professional techs who diagnosed the issue. Spoke to their support team a few hour later and they replaced the TV.
Very professional support at every level. I was always skeptical of extended warranties but Best Buy has one of the best in the industry. Higly recommend on large purchases.
