Gerk Squad do not want to fix laptop even when warranty still up to date

I have paidthe 2 year protection plan and have had numerous repairs on my laptop. However, I wasn’t told when I purchased my plan that I had a limit. This is not listed on the contract either. Now, I’m stuck with a non working laptop and a useless protection plan.
