I won't spoil everyone with the details but Best Buy should be absolutely ashamed of their geek squad warranty services covereage and some of the worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time (yes, worse than McDonalds or Walmart!). I already sent a complaint to the BBB so I can ensure the corporate office hears my best buy experience which I am now referring to as the nightmare before christmas. I'm already ringing every corporate number i can get my hands on but does anyone have an official contact for a corporate consumer affairs hotline or any other escalation path that doesn't involve the useless Geek squad "Special" support sevices phone number?
