I have had two geek squad in-home appointments scheduled and both times no one showed to take a look at my server computer. The first scheduled appointment was March 25, 2021 between 7am and 1pm. Waited until 1pm and no one showed so I called Geek Squad to reschedule thinking it was maybe just a blip. The appointment was rescheduled for April 6, 2021 with an arrival window between 9am and 1pm. This time in the appointment status I noticed that there was a agent assigned to the appointment so that was promising and I even was able to get his phone number from Geek Squad customer service but he never answered. The agent also never showed to this second appointment as well. Does anyone have suggestions on how to actually get a Geek Squad in home visit?
