I went to in-store bestbuy to returned a monitor - which I bought 1 a year ago with geek squad protection. They told me that they will have it repair in 2 weeks or they will give me a store credit. That was 2 weeks and 2 days ago!!
They did not contact me in regards to its status for that whole 2 weeks! I contacted them yesterday (through online and call) and today (called them 2 times) but all I got is call backs, move from different caller agents and how store (geek squad) is close on Sundays…
Well, I called on Friday afternoon but none of the caller agents said anything about it!! And I was with them for 1 and half hours!!
When will I get a response!! When I forgot about it??

How will I get them or for me to check the status?? Because they are hard to deal with!!
