I just called geek squad customer service to inquire about the status of my geek squad protection on my washer and dryer which I bought in 2014. I usually get renewal notices by email and this year I did not get it. The person answering the phone put me on hold 3-4 times to ask somebody else. She finally told me that there is no more coverage offered. I asked for a manager but she told me that they would not be able to help me either so she will not transfer me to one.
she did not give any reasons why my coverage was not renewed while being rude, totally not knowledgeable and unapologetic.
Can someone from Best Buy please get in touch with me and help me understand
