Geek squad plan

I Purchased a new phone a year and a half ago and got the plan for it. Yesterday I went to Best buy to leave my phone for service and was told while it was covered I would have to make an appointment and come back to fill out the paperwork to have it serviced. I explained I wS from out of town and had a dr appointment so couldn't make a return trip that day . I was told sorry nothing they could do I had to have an appointment mind you there was nobody there in line or at the counter and 3 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing. I told them the service wasnt worth paying for and to cancel my plan. we cant do that you have to call to cancel. I then asked for the number and I called and canceled my plan. I paid almost 2 yrs on that plan and couldn't get service. My wife has a plan through Verizon. she walked into the store told them her problem and another phone is on the way. Your Geek plan service sucks.
