I turned in an iPad Pro to get its battery replaced. The agents at the store verified that there were battery issues and told me that the unit would be sent out to their repair depot and that I should hear back in three to five days. This was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. I called your 800 number this morning and the CSR pretty much told me the same thing I can see online... that it was tendered for service on January 30, 2021 and sent out on February 1, 2021.
I would like a little more clarity, if possible, on what is going on, or know that I need to wait longer than what was quoted.

Good afternoon, josephw,
Welcome to our forums! I can’t say I blame you for wanting to get more information regarding the status of your iPad battery replacement, and I appreciate you reaching out to us for assistance.
As it sounds like you’re aware, our Repair Tracker is generally the best resource for keeping up to date regarding the status of your device, but if you’re still not seeing any changes since the device was dropped off, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and offer any additional information I can. For me to do so, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with:
As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
