Geek squad corporate email please!

I bought a Canon 5D Mark iii and it ended up being a defective camera. This is my second time at Geek Squad trying to get the focus issue fixed. I'm SO frustrated! I have to shoot a wedding in Mexico next week and they can't guarantee I'll have my camera by then. I have spent money in mentoring sessions (thinking I didn’t have my settings right), sent my sigma lenses to get calibrated, have to reschedule clients and I'm losing time and money! You'd think because you bought warranty they'd try to help you but that's not the case. I even offered to pay the difference by upgrading my camera to a mark iv but they said no. Jenny the Geek Squad manager would not work with me on this issue even when the Canon expert told her it was a defective camera. They sent my camera off for repair once again and now I’m having to rent another camera. Someone from Geek Squad Corporate please contact me.

Under the Terms & Conditions of a Geek Squad Protection Plan, we would not be able to exchange a camera past our normal return period noted in our Return & Exchange Promise, which is 15 days for most customers.

 

That said, we should be able to perform a repair on that camera a for you. Please send me a private message by using the link in my signature below this post. We’ll need your name, email address, phone number, and any service order number you may have.

I can then check into this and see if I can get you an update.

I even offered to upgrade to a mark iv. I don’t see a link in your signature other than add comment, accept as solution or kudo- those are the only options.
