Oh, today was one of the worst days i had in my life. I felt so bad.. i never felt like that before.
So what happened is:
A week ago, I took my I Roomba to be fixed . Everything went well.
So this morning, I received a text message from bestbuy saying "Best Buy: We need to talk to you before continuing your service repair. Call (985) 639-2239. Enter # then 2711 when prompted, to talk to an in-store agent."
So i did.
The agent responded to my call . I told him that i got a message from bestbuy asking me to call....so could you please help me.
The agent asked for my name...and everything. A few seconds later, he asked me if he could put me in hold for a minute...i said ok....
The guy did put the phone down without putting me in hold.
So i was hearing him talking with his colleague.. saying this costume is saying that he got a message from us.... the colleague said i never heard customer receive text.....
The agent who was helping me said.....ohh, he is Liar ( taking about me). he is just a lying. Like one of them.....i don't knowwhathe meant .We never send text messages...
I was SO Mad.... i never had someone calling me that.
So when he he came back to talk to me...i told him that I'm not a liar and I'm coming to the store...
I went to the store.... his manager was there i told her what happened. She apologized...... but she didn't call him to apologize....in my opinion, he is supposed to apologize...
Anyway.... I can't explain to you how i felt....i really was so obsessed.
