Hello,
I am looking for some help here. On 1/22/23 I dropped off a computer for troubleshooting and upgrading at the Geek Squad in Best Buy Store # 431 in Ft. Myers Florida. I was assured the Geek Squad would call me with diagnosis and recomendations prior to my pickup appointment. Well my pickup appointment came and went and no one ever reached out to me. When I try to call and speak to someone about my computer repair I learned that this is actually impossible. I'll repeat that: IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO AN ASSOCIATE AT A STORE ON THE PHONE. I called 1888BestBuy and other numbers for Best Buy and was re-routed, transfered nowhere, and hung up on numerous times. At this point I have no idea if any work was done on my device. The on-line staus update just says "We're working on your repair". With all this technology available to us, the simplest form of communication (a phone call) is not possible?? This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My question is this: How can find out the status of my repair without going to the store? I live hours away. How can I get a manager involved so there there are aware of the poor cusomer service and communication taking place at their store? Why is it impossible to get a store employee on the phone? Once I get this computer back I will never again make the mistake of dealing with Best Buy in any way, shape or form. Any phone numbers or corporate contact info anyone will have would be appreciated. I am looking to escalate this matter. Thank you in advance.
