 I have my   computer tower at the Best Buy geek Suad in Roseville Michigan  for a repair.   all I ask and   i think I told them  but  i am just reiderating this   if they can not save anything else  PLEASE Save the pictures there  are ove 8000 . I know  i  should have backed them up  and  i did on a eternal hard drive  using acronis true image. If they save nothing else  i need them saved Please I hope that you will relay this message to the  Roseville  geek squad store. I am  very worried that they will dissapearHere is my service order number.

You will want to reach out to the store directly, this forum is not intended to assist with such time-sensitive matters.  If you did not elect for us to perform a data during repair, that data is at risk.  Machines don't get wiped 100% of the time, but when replacing hardware or performing operating system reinstall action or repair it is possible that this step might require data to be wiped.
