I just wanted to Let Best Buy know about a geek Squad employee. His name is Logan and works in the Orange, California Store on Chapman. He is a keeper, Wifes phone would not go on tried everything phone was less than 2 years old. Talked to the person in cell phones and they worked up pricing for a new phone which was helpfull Let hher know I was going to see if the geek squad could take a look at it. Logan took a look at the phone and in less that a minute he had reset the phone and it would now turn on. He showed us how he did it. He shut the phone off and turned it on again to make sure everything was OK. I asked him how much I owed Best Buy and he said just the smile! I hope this will get posted some where for him to see and I also hope you give him Employee of the Month Award. This kind of service is what keeps people coming back to Best Buy. GREAT JOB LOGAN!!
