I have checked in my soundbar at the local BestBuy store on Oct 8th. According to the Geek Squad tracking, the repair was finished and shipped back to the store on Oct 21st. However, I haven't heard any updates since then. While I understand that the pandemic can cause delay in shipping, but It has been shipped 20 days ago. I worry if the package is lost? I called the local store and they can only confirm that they haven't received the soundbar yet. Anyone can help?

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forums! I know I'd be eager to get my sound bar back from service, as it truly does make my TV watching experience more enjoyable. I can certainly understand the concern with your sound bar not returning from the repair center yet after this amount of time.
