Geek Squad scheduled repair

Didn’t show up.
I called to verify appt day before.
This company has a very serious process management problem. BB sent us a reminder Email and he didn’t show up. Reason: he did t think we would be back til’ 02/11....baloney because I verified the day earlier. The processes are not synced. Answer: they don’t care. Or they feel lower prices will dictate everything. The people try but are set up for failure. Call me I may be ale to help your company.

Having an Agent not show up to a scheduled repair appointment after you had confirmed it is not the experience we want for any of our customers. I am so sorry to hear that you experienced this. Not sure it’s his fault. I like Steve. Your companies processes are awful!!!!

Don’t see a blue box marked private message.
This may have been Steve’s fault, but I am telling you there are big problems with someone not contacting or requiring confirmation. The people one calls doesn’t know what the other has verified. I’d love to see this process flow chart. Needs work, big time.
