Geek Squad says parts for tv not available - needs exchange.

Oled tv recently purchased has a bad screen.  Geek squad dispatched, verified screen was bad, attempted to order parts but they said there are none for this unit.  Was told to contact Best Buy for exchange.  Best Buy 800# said they would need to send the tech out for a total of 3 times before replacing.  Tech's second visit was today and he cancelled saying that was bad information, the screen has failed and there is no replacement part.  Said to find a higher up in Best Buy to contact...  Can anyone here help?  I can private message the invoice, geek squad receipt, etc.

Yep, that would be Thier useless farmed out untrained phone support. When the moderators get to this post they will fix you up.
