Geek Squad repair kept my daughter's computer since 7/8/2021, why so slow in repair?

Geek Squad repair is so slow, I brought my daugher's computer in on 7/8/2021. As of today I did not see any update when I tracked the repair. My daughter will go back to college soon and I am worried that she will not get her computer in time. The Geek Squad representive at the store told me they will experdite the repair when I brought it in.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums and letting us know about this repair. As a student myself, I know that even a single day without a working computer is a big deal. I can certainly understand wanting to get an update on the status of this repair as soon as possible.

 

Just to be sure, are you using our Track Your Repair tool to check on this laptop?
