Geek Squad repair is so slow, I brought my daugher's computer in on 7/8/2021. As of today I did not see any update when I tracked the repair. My daughter will go back to college soon and I am worried that she will not get her computer in time. The Geek Squad representive at the store told me they will experdite the repair when I brought it in.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums and letting us know about this repair. As a student myself, I know that even a single day without a working computer is a big deal. I can certainly understand wanting to get an update on the status of this repair as soon as possible.
