Screen cracked a couple days ago and I thought wow glad I got insurance! I was told when I bought it bb would replace screen no matter what. Well I call to see what I need to get the screen fixed and was told I have to pay 199.00 to replace my phone. Huh I was told I would have no problem getting it fix. He then told me that they have no parts for samsung note 10+. This is my fault?

Never will I buy insurance again. Its always some crap that goes along with it. Sales talked it up and when needed it a expensive let down. Be careful not to be fooled. I'm ashamed of bb for condoning this practice.
