Geek Squad iPhone Repair

First i wanna start by saying it's impossible to get a direct answer on my whereabouts of my device. Neither the store agents or customer service knows where it is & the ' repair tracker ' doesnt give me enough information. When i visited the store i was told the process would take 3days NOT 3business days but 3days including sunday & that it ships out overnight. I wasnt comfortable with leaving my phone there because i travel to another city that is 30mins from my home & didnt wanna do so without a phone. The agent at the site had reassure me that if i had any questions about the process to contact the store but when i did earlier today , they had no idea how long it would take. It's just funny because they were so ready to take my money and phone but i got two different estimated time frames. I need answers because like i said earlier i dont wanna continue to travel without a phone, i dont feel safe without it. This is ridiculous & I'm highly fustrated!!!!
