I have a Sony Bravia with issues. Geek Squad sent parts in advance of appt. First appt. scheduled for a Saturday in the a.m., James calls to tell me it has to be afternoon. I reschedule for afternoon of following week (12:00-8:00 p.m. window). That morning I call James to narrow it down. He says 4:00-6:00, telling me I'm second to last. No one ever came, called, nothing. I leave James a message. No response. Next night, I call Geek Squadl. No apologies whatsoever, just "we'll send along the message." It's now two days later. No response. Can't get thru to Geek Squad after 20 minutes on hold. Can't get thru to store ("We're busy; call back later." Click.) I can't believe this!!! How much time am I supposed to spend on hold? How can they just not show up?????
