Geek Squad Support - worst experience at call center support.

Hello GS Team,

 

Today on 22nd Nov 2022 I tried to reach out to Geed Sqad Customer service at least 4 times. After sharing all the required information, the agent put me on HOLD, and my call disconnected.

 

Last call with call center agent Andrew I have logged the complaint for that. When we started a discussion on the actual issue again call got disconnected.

 

I am struggling with my appliance issue and bought the extended warranty. now trying to reach out to the call center agents in different ways but does not work.

 

My job does not allow me to spare time and make calls to the call center. Every agent has my personal information but did not get a call back from any of the 4 agents.
