First, I had to make an appointment to get an issue with my microsoft surface pro. Fine. Did that. They confirmed the issue but not after attempting to upsell me on their services, which I declined.
3 days later, after I scheduled an appointment to pick my surface pro up, I did and it was working fine. The issue was that the OS was corrupt and it was booting up with a black screen. Fine, I take it home and the next day, I am planning on rebuilding it EXCEPT, that the PC boots up with BLACK SCREEN. PROBLEM NOT FIXED.
Geed Squad hides behind their appointment and scheduling system for any issues or complains. I do not recommend use of Geek Squad as they are unreliable at best and incompetent at worst.
All I want now is a complete refund but they don't answer the phone and the online support? It's not there either. Best Buy will most likely go out of business with this level of customer support.
AVOID GEEK SQUAD. The suck.
