Geek Squad Services

I took my drone into geek squad for repairs. I was giving a time of 3 weeks for it to be repaired. During this time I didn’t receive any updates on the status. After 3 weeks I went back to the store and they said that they didn’t see anything in the system and would send up an escalation and call me within 48 hours. Didn’t hear anything back.

After 48 hours I called the store and they said they saw there was an escalation but got no response. So they put in the second escalation and said they would call within 48 hours. Once again no response within 48 hours. So I went to the store and they said they would put in the third escalation.

After that they said that it had finally reached its destination for repair a month later. So the first time I was lied to when they said they were waiting on parts. Truth is they lost my drone and now I don’t know if I’m getting my original back. This is totally unacceptable.

Drones let us view the world from vantage points we’ve never dreamed of. Visual artists and photographers are able to take their craft to new heights (no pun intended). So, we can image not having access to your equipment is not only stressful, but also frustrating. We’d like to see what we can do to help.
