Geek squad in home repair is terrible. I had a appointment scheduled for 3/19/21. Unfortunately they sent the technician to the wrong address in a different county. When I made the appointment the agent on the phone verified my home address and information. So I was told that I had to call and figure out what happened. When I called and spent 2 hours on the phone with geek squad. They said all they could do is set up another appointment. The appointment was set for today (3/30/21). I get an email confirmation and text message that verifies my correct address, date and time frame. I even called yesterday (3/29/21) to verify they had all the correct information. To my surprise they sent the technician to the wrong address again. So again I have to call back and all they say all they can do is schedule me another appointment. Now I have to wait until 4/9/21. I am highly frustrated at this point because I have been without a washer and dryer since I called on 3/7/21. I will never buy a geek squad protection for plan again. I've already missed 2 days of work and now I have to take a third day off.

Thank you for joining out community here on the Best Buy Forums. As the person who does the laundry for my household, I can understand wanting to have your washer and dryer up and running ASAP. Since posting, have you received the help that you need with the repair? If not, I am happy to learn more and to see how I may be able to assist.
