Geek Squad Repair Report

My TV quit working and I have the service plan.

I called for a repair (50" TV)

They scheduled the appointment.

The Geek Squad guys called me a few days prior to confirm the appointment, and give me an updated time frame window.

Both calls I received an email update.

They called again this morning to let me know they were leaving their prior job and were on the way.

Seconds later I received a text update.

a few minutes later they showed up.

They were polite, efficient, left no mess, and made sure my TV was functioning 100%

I am 100% satisfied with Best Buy Geek Squad in home service.
