Geek Squad Recognition

I could not find anywhere else to message Best Buy about this, so I wanted to put this here in hopes it reaches the correct ears (or technically, eyes).

 

I got the best Geek Squad service that I have ever received in my lifetime of using Best Buy. Jonathan located at the Best Buy on Thunderbird and the I-17 in Phoenix is truly a one of a kind technician. Today, I discovered that I had a failing hard drive on my hands and decided to take it to Geek Squad. I had already done my own diagnostic work which I relayed to him, and he quickly confirmed my suspicions that my hard drive was failing. We were shown the suggested replacement drive, purchased said drive, and received the computer back with a fully set up drive within 40 minutes.

 

Jonathan was polite, knowledgeable, and receptive to hearing the work I had already done to see what the issue was going to turn out as. I will definitely be coming back to him for more service in the future, and I want to make sure he is fully recognized for the hard work he did for me today.

 

I hope that this is possible. Also, I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this; as I said before, I could not really find anywhere else to put this. Smiley Happy
