WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND WHEN TRYING TO TELL THEM I NEEDED A REPAIR DONE FOR MY INSIGNIA WASHING MACHINE.
FIRST THEY TOLD ME THE PROTECTION PLAN ONLY COVERED MECHAINCAL FAILURES NOT PHYICAL DAMAGE. THEN NOT ONLY GAVE ME TWO DIFFERENT REF NUMBERS BUT 2 DIFFERENT PLAN NUMBERS. SO CAN ANY HELP ME WITH GETTING MY INSIGNIA WASHING MACHINE REPAIRED
