It is impossible not to feel hopeless when you know that your screen has a cracked screen, and I am glad to know that you decided to add the Geek Squad Protection Plan (GSP) to it. While we’ll be unable to extend the length of your GSP, I do hope I’ll be able to clarify when the GSP began.
As outlined in the terms and conditions of our GSPs, your plan will begin the date you purchased your plan and will end one, two, three, four or five years from the date on which it started, depending on the length of the GSP. Once the plan has expired, we’ll be unable to extend it or modify the terms and conditions of your plan in any way. I apologize if this was not made clear at the time of your original purchase.
