Geek Squad Protection Plan

I called May 18th 2021 to have my LG tv repaired since the screen went out . The associate I spoke with set up the repair appointment but they also proceeded to cancel my protection plan without my tv being fixed first. I’m trying to get that protection plan reinstated but every-time I call customer service the line keeps dropping.

It is always nice to hear from one of our valued customers, although I wish your first post had been related to a positive experience. Geek Squad Protection (GSP) is designed to provide peace of mind. When electronics unexpectedly fail, we want to do all we can to get them working again. I’m glad to hear a repair appointment was scheduled, but if your (GSP) was somehow cancelled, it stands to reason you would be seeking guidance and support.
