I recently purchased a TV along with a protection plan from GeekSquad, but I am having issues viewing that plan online.
Here is what I have done so far:
I got the email notification with my protection plan information, created a GeekSquad account, and registered the protection plan. I received an email notification that my plan was successfully registered.
However, now when I login to my GeekSquad account, it says no plan information exists. When I try to register the same protection plan again, I get an error saying it has already been registered.
Why can't I see my plan information when I login? I would like to upload a copy of my receipt.
I called GeekSquad customer service, they said they can't help me and transferred me to Best Buy customer service, then they told me the same thing (I need to talk to GeekSquad).

Thank you for stopping by our community forums. A TV is a big investment and I would want to make sure it was covered as well if I were in your shows.
