Geek Squad Protection Missing for Couple Items Within Service Plan Area of Account

I recently made two separate purchases that included free Echo Dots (1 free in one case and 2 in the other). Since the warranty on them is short, I decided to add Geek Squad Protection but did so a couple days after the initial order.  While the plans show as activated within the order history, I'm only seeing the plan for 1/3 of 3 Dots within the service plan area of my account and only received one email as well.   As such, I'm a little concerned regarding status of the plans for the other two. Can someone take a closer look?  I can reply via PM with the order #.

Welcome back to the forum! I’ll be happy to take a closer look at your orders to see what’s happening with any Geek Squad Protection Plans (GSPs) you requested for Amazon Echo Dot orders.

 

Generally speaking, from what I understand, the ability to add a GSP to a free item with purchase may depend on factors like the cost of an item before a discount is added as well as what sort of plan would typically be connected to that item. So I can look at your individual products, I would love to see your order numbers along with confirmation of your full name, phone number, and email address used during purchase. As you likely know, too send those details securely, select the “private message” option below.

Just sent you a PM with the order #'s, etc.   To address some of your earlier comments, as noted I did not add the protection plan for any of the Echo Dots initially but decided to a couple days or so later.  I did it through my account by navigating to the respective orders where the option to add the plan was still present.   I've since received 2 separate emails confirming the plans; however, when I navigate to my Account -> Services -> Geek Squad Plans & Services, I'm only seeing a plan for 1 Echo Dot, which is associated with the order that included a freebie.   I do not see a reference for the other 2 associated with the second order.

 

Let me know if any additional info is needed from my end
