Since the computer was sent to Toronto, does that mean that your situation originated in a Canadian Best Buy location? If so, you will want to reach out via BestBuy.ca, the team here only has access to US retail locations.

Regardless of circumstance, I would heavily recommend changing your account passwords if you believe someone may have accessed your accounts.
