I pray that none of you guys get your devices sent to the main geeksquad in kentucky. I left my computer on november 14 and i still havent received it back. I am told that they are escalating and sending messages to those who have my computer but it has been weeks and I still havent received any messages or calls. The protection plan is a scam i would advise getting support from geeksquad and just go anywhere else to get your device fixed.

Its been over weeks since I was supposed to get a call from geek squad and I still havent recieved any updates on my computer in repair. Its been two months since I left it at bestbuy store. GeekSqaud protection plans and geeksqaud are a scam and dont know what they are doing.

Called customer service talked to them just to tell me the same things I been hearing for the past couple of weeks and hung on me. I havent any email or updates regarding my computer.
