I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated I am with Best buy and Geek squad. I purchaed a Dell laptop 13.4" 2in 1, 32 GB RAM and 1 TB solid state drive for $1699, a hefty price. Right of the bat it did not work with multiple blue screen death failures. I brought it to the store for repair and they said it needed to be sent out for replacement of the motherboard. Once it was done what came back to us was a laptop with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB hard drive. I have been trying for the last moth to get this resolved with no resolution. First I was told to bring it to the store and speak to the geek squad manager. Tihis was brought in by my adult child for whom I bought the computer and they were told that it was not their fault and pretty much accused us of downgrading the computer. Seriously. Then I called their geek squad again 4 times and each time being told that they would have a supervisor call back to resolve the issue. I have never received a call back. Today I called again and went through the whole issue again and requesting to talk to a supervisor now. I was transferred 2 more times and not to a supervisor and then again placed on hold for a supervisor and then the call was dropped. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER COMUTER FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. What utter crap this is. So annoyed at how this has all transpired. Feel free to contact me to resolve this.

I went to the Best Buy in Salem and they finally resolved the issue.
