I wish there was an easy way to schedule an in home consultation. I've tried online chat and received dead ends, I tried calling and am put on hold for over 20 minutes. As an elite member I wish there was more attention. I was told there aren't many of "us" (elite members) yet there is on customer care.
All I'd like is a way to schedule an in home consultation for a appliance that has defects. The PAC sales rep said it should be a easy fix and we should get a new grill for our gas range. Geek Squad is always busy and the phone options don't help much.
There isn't anywhere to mention my complaints other than this forum -
