Hello, I was given this web address from Ray at Geek Squad. I apologize I am not familiar with forums and I hope that I am doing this correctly. He said to post my general question but then someone from upper admin Best Buy would be in touch with me to discuss my situation privately? Am I listing this question in the correct place?
