I purchased a Samsung dishwasher June of 2018, it was the display model, so the salesman convinced me to get the 5 year protection plan stating that if i had and issues that best buy would replace it. 4 1/2 years and several service calls later my dishwasher is broken for the 7th or 8th time geek squd is trying to convince me that i cancelled my protection plan??? How stupid would i be to cancel a protection plan on an appliance that can't go a year breaking. i understand that they have lost money on this, but that is the gamble they take selling a protection plan
