Frustrating Repair Turn Around Time

I brought my speaker in June 28th. It is now july 27th and I was told five days ago my soundbar would be back and I could come pick it up. It is now Friday and my tracking number seems to be deactivated and I called the store and he says to me "It ships from new jersey and the truck needs to be full in order to leave". It took 7 days to get there and over 15 to not even get back?? I own a two year warranty and I cant even use my soundbar for over a month, whats the point in the repair if the time it took to repair it was not worth the $20... So frustrating, had to go a majority of my summer without this speaker and now I cant even track it. Awesome.

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. Having a repair take longer than expected is always frustrating, and I apologize for the length of time you’ve been without your soundbar.
