Frustrating Geek Squad experience and laptop issue

First of all, my geek squad experience was not smooth at all. I went in to get memory upgraded to 16gb and switch out my HDD for an SSD. Since I was going to be doing this with 2 computers, the agent sold me twice the components which I was fine with, and was glad to be getting it in that day as I was leaving town for the next few days and was told it'd be able to be done by the time I was back. However I got a call the next day saying the agent had sold me the WRONG parts. Now it couldn't be completed while I was gone and I had to deal with this when I was not even in town to go in and get help. They didn't have the actual ones in stock so they had to buy new ones for me so basically I was out the money on the other ones until I could come back in and get a refund which is frustrating, AND the price was more expensive than originally expected due to that. I was able to get the part in when I returned and they got it finished that same day, but I still had to drive back and forth twice just for that. I'm gld I was able to get it back that same day but it's still frustrating that it seems like the agents didn't  know what they were doing (I found the right component online by myself and had to bring it in), and even the one who gave the laptop back to me also tried to give me some random cable that belonged to Geek Squad. Overall, it didn't seem like anyone understood the frustrations and inconvenience their own errors caused or apologetic. I don't know if Best Buy does any sort of compensations or anything for stuff like this but they really should. 

 

My problem right now is where i'm trying to connect my microsoft account. it keeps saying i need to enter my current windows password in order to sign into this computer using my microsoft account. When i got my laptop back though, it didn't have a password on it at all. In fact,they didn't even do everything the person I talked to said they would, which was to transfer over my favorites/bookmarks on Google Chrome, redownload dropbox, one drive, and make the settings the same or at least my background and all of that. i've had to spend this afternoon fixing settings and redownloading things and I guess I've just lost the Google Chrome favorites. What possible password would it be asking me for if my laptop no longer required a password to get in to it?
