Frustrated!!

I'm waiting on my laptop computer to be repaired. Was dropped off at Best Buy/Geek Squad in Pueblo, CO on June 11, 2019. My husband purchased an $1,100 Dell computer for me in January 2019. I am a full time student and do 95% of my courses online. I an update and shutdown on my computer one night, and the next day it wouldn't sign back on. We were informed by the Geek Squad that the hard drive failed. It was dropped off June 11, 2019, and according to the order update online, the repair was finished July 3, 2019. I have yet to hear from my local store and there have been no further updates.

Please Help!! Once again, I am a nursing student and need my computer. I don't know anyone that can do without their school computer this long!! Thank you for your time in regard to this matter.
