Fridge Repair No Shows

I have been trying to get our fridge repaired with geek squad coverage since April 2021. The appointments I’ve made end up with no shows multiple times until I finally got a technician to help May 7th but the problem with the ice box leaking still persisted. I tried to schedule another technician to come just to have no one show up. Again, I get a technician out finally June 8th to order parts and say he’ll show up June 21st for the repair. The parts came but he didn’t. I keep running into this issue where the technician doesn’t show. This is not right and now today July 7th the technician didn’t show up again. How can customers be treated like this multiple times when I have geek squad coverage?
