Fridge Broken from 1 month - MERCY Geek Squad !

Dear Best Buy

 

You have been a brand that i have trusted my loyality for 15+ year buying numerous items over the years. Most recetly we bought a new fridge for our new home back in 2019. The fridge (Kitchenaid ) has gone completely out of order within last 2 years. I had taken a coverage from Geek Squad when i had bought the item. Once i fridge was broken i called your service center and setup appointment for technician to come and check out. 

 

Jun 1st : Appoitment Setup 

 

June 9th : Visit from Technician ( Payless Appliance ). He informs me that compressor is bust and they would need to change it or order a replacement 

 

I dont hear back from them for next 4 days and after that i start calling them 

 

June 17th  : I am told an appointment has been setup for June 23rd. I got the message also and text from Bestbuy that i should be at home on June 23rd between 12-5. I cancel all my meetings to ensure i am available at home on June 23rd. 

 

June 23rd : No one shows up. I dont get any call - Nothing 

 

June 28th : i call up again and after waiting 40 mins i get to know that the part has been ordered but there is still no ETA on when it will get fixed.

 

As you can imagine a refrigerator is a critical applicance to run a family specially with kids at home during the summer. I hoped and wished that your company showed a sense of ownership and accountability to the issue and stood up by it's promise but you guys are just another brick and mortar setup that likes of Amazon will eat you up exactly due to such pathetic customer service. 

 

WAKE up guys do something about it...  !!! Else i swear this will be my last transaction with your company. Not that it matters but i will do everything in my capacity to dissuade every other person i know buying from such a place.
