Formal Complaint about Geek Squad

In late October my pc recently failed to boot after cooling system maintenance. So my motherboard was busted and need to be replaced but since it was all Alienware, my pc needed to be salavaged and built as a new one. Though for two months it’s been nothing but back and forth back and forth one thing after another after another of buying parts being sent on wild goose chases. And as soon as I bring in a new new mother board cause they said the last one was defective. Now they’re telling me the new CPU I also brought in is gone and aren’t really taking any responsibility. They only gave me the old damaged one and I know they didn’t give me the new one back. I’m just trying to figure out what to do now that I have all my parts back. I really just want the other CPU or at least the 150 USD I spent on it.
