Foreign Customer Service.

Once again I tried to contact Geek Squad customer service. Once again yesterday, I had the privilege of talking to 6 different customer service people that I could not or barely understand them because their accents were soo bad. I was also switched from person to person and had to call them 3+ times. I was having problem with computer connecting to internet. No one could help me even though Geek Swuad just installed a new eero 6+ system. They finally
Set up appt for that day. 12-8pm. But I did not receive a confirmation, email, or text about the appointment. So I called them back and they assured me the service tech was coming. Finally at 8pm and no service tech showed up I called again and wanted to know what was going on. They said they did not know and could set up another appointment for Feb 3rd. This is not a satisfactory conclusion to my problem. I called up a computer repair this morning who charged me $50 who had me unplug the router and plug it back in WHICH SOLVED THE DANG PROBLEM!!WHY COULD THE 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE I TALKED TO YESTERDAY FROM GEEK SQUAD ( NOT IN THIS COUNTRY) HAVE TOLD ME TO TRY THIS. I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH YOUR FORIEGN GEEK SQUAD SERVICE PEOPLE.

I did. I also called again to cancel appt. Got transfered to another country again. I am tired of getting the run around. I finally got through the l9cal store and got it canceled. I was also told the geek squad foreign guys had NO authority to make an appt the same day. I have been a total tech member and a loyal BB customer but it is starting to get ridiculous. I paid $50 this morning for a service from another company that took them 1 minute to fix the problem and yet I talked to 6 different members who could not tell me to reboot my eero6+ system. BB you are going down hill with the way you are doing support. And it is so hard to understand MOST of the foreign geek squad help. How about brining things back to the U.S.A. ( I have talked with "some" foreign service techs who did a good job)
