Food Spoilage

Geek squad is being negligent with my food spoilage claim form.

My freezer stopped working and it took them over a month to get it fixed. They told me to submit the food reimbursement claim form as all my food got spoiled. I have already submitted this form 3 times, made numerous calls to customer service in order for reps not help me. Either they don’t have an answer or they keep transferring to different numbers. I’m tired of this company ripping me off and Providing false advertisement. They do not help nor Pay for whatever they have you covered for.
